Policies and Insurance

Payment Policies

Dahm Dental expects payment at the time of service for all treatment services. For patients with Delta Dental Insurance or other insurances that pays directly to Dahm Dental, your co-pay is expected on the date of your dental service. For insurance companies who reimburse the patient entirely, payment in full for dental services is expected at the time of your appointment.
 
Dahm Dental accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
 
Dahm Dental has several financing options available, which include: Care Credit, a 3rd party financing company, in house payment options and credit card payment plans.

 

Insurance Policies

Dahm Dental will file your dental insurance claims with your dental insurance company as a courtesy to our patients.
 
Dahm Dental is a preferred provider for most Delta Dental insurances.
 
Dahm Dental is not a preferred provider with any other dental insurance company. We do provide dental services for patients with different insurance companies. In some instances, your insurance company will reimburse you the patient, rather than Dahm Dental. In these situations, your payment is expected in full at the time of service.
 
We do not accept new Medicaid patients.

 

Appointment Policies

We believe it is important that patients keep their regularly scheduled appointments so that dental care is provided in a timely fashion to maintain ideal dental health. Our staff expects you to keep your scheduled appointments unless unusual circumstances arise. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any dental appointments.
 
A missed appointment fee may be applied to your account if you fail to show or cancel your dental appointment. In the event of frequent cancellations or several missed appointments, you may be dismissed from treatment at Dahm Dental.
